Quality water is an important part of manufacturing. Clean water is essential to rinse off parts after plating and cleaning. Conductivity Controllers help to monitor water quality standards for the manufacturing of chemical, food and pharmaceutical products.
The Conductivity Controller is designed to monitor various water conditions.
Some of the important features include:
- A range select switch for 1-100, 100-1000, and 1000-10,000 micromhos.
- A valve over-ride switch.
- An adjustable setting knob and dial.
- A vapor, waterproof case, with a clear hinged
cover that includes a latch for keeping unwanted
personal from changing the settings.
- LED indicator lamps to visually see the functions
of the meter.
- A conductivity probe constructed of cpvc for the
body, stainless steel sensing rods, and a built in
temperature compensation sensor.
- Cord and plug are provided for 120 VAC units.
- An output cord is pre-wired for 24 VAC output to
a water solenoid.
- 220 VAC input units are available.
