Our Vibratory Finishing
Machines can actually replace
Hand Polishing. The MB-
100/AA can run cut down, as
well as burnishing with steel
shot for a high polish. It has a
variable speed drive and
adjustable weight system. It is
the most versatile Vibratory
Machine made. Machines have
been in operation for 15 to 20
years.

"Gold Mine" Decanter/Filter are
built to allow for maximum Gold
recovery. Our "Gold Mines"
are
made in three standard sizes. These
include
the "Lil Gold Mine",
"Model B Decanter", and
"Model
C Decanter". When processing
Gold these units pay for themselves
in a very short period of time. Other
sizes are available. Ion-exchange
recovery units can be added to these
units to enhance metal recovery.

nightmares? We have the answer to
you needs. Our Aqueous Degreaser
and Filter System can pre-clean
your work prior to the Ultrasonic
Cleaning. In our "SpaceSaver
2000 Ultrasonic Cleaning
Module" we incorporate filter
systems to keep your ultrasonic
solutions clean and allow them to
last longer.
Once it's time to discharge the
solutions from the Aqueous
Degreaser and Ultrasonics you can
be assured that your Precious
Metal Recovery will be optimized
by going thru "Gold Mine". A
rinse tank is built into the module
as well as a Hot Water Ultra Pure
Rinse. This will enable "Spot Free
Drying". We also manufacture
"High Velocity Hot Air Dryers" to
enable a quick and efficient drying
cycle.
Hand Washing and
Processing Sinks are
Manufactured by C.C. Tech,
Inc. for a variety of different
processes. We even offer a
"Slow Close Faucet" to stop
the excessive water waste
that goes on when your
employees line up at the sink.
Take a few minutes some
time and watch how much
water is really wasted. The
old fashioned sinks of the
past were made of stainless
steel or fiberglass.
