All plastic used is virgin grade, inert gas welded or extrusion welded.
Steel reinforcement covered with plastic is used to maintain tank wall strength.
Fire and chemical resistant fiberglass is applied to the outside of the tank to provide a double walled tank. Recommended by the EPA for containment of chemicals.
Heaters, steam coils and cooling coils are provided.
Solid state temperature controls, heaters, pump and motor controls are pre-wired in a NEMA 4X control box.
