pH control is very important. The water and chemicals used in manufacturing can impact the waste stream. The local sewer authority imposes pH limits so it will meet the federal EPA specifications. Generally failure to meet these limits result in heavy fines, and expensive monitoring. C.C. Tech has the solution with a recorded output, so you can avoid a fine. Using a sump tank, a single tank "flow-thru" type pH unit starting in size from 90 gallons up to 500 gallons. For larger volumes of waste water a batch treatment or staged system must be used.

- Epoxy coated steel skid includes control panel.
- Solid state proportional pH controller for precise chemical additions.
- Design of the controller warns operator to calibrate the probe.
- Controller interface with pumps controls speed to limit over adjustment.
- Chemical metering pumps with speed and stroke control.
- Tank mounted dual speed mixer motor is angled to ensure high mixing, at minimal vibration.
- A separate pH chart recorder with a pH electrode inserted into the drain line monitors the pH of the solution leaving the unit.
- Chemicals Required are 25% sodium hydroxide and battery grade sulfuric acid.
- The unit's components are wired into a central control box. A simple "ON / OFF" switch starts the pH unit.
