6 GPM Recycle Rinse System
Conserve on water, and save money at the same time!
The Recycle Rinse System takes up very little room
and it can be located at a convenient location.
How we recycle your water:
- Water supplied from the Recycled Rinse Water Storage Tank is pumped under pressure at the rate of 6 gallons per minute into your rinse tank(s).
- Water flows from your rinse tank into the drain piping that is connected to the Recycle Rinse Sump.
- At the pre-determined level, the magnetic drive pump turns on.
- The magnetic drive pump, pumps the solution through a dual filtration system, and through the ion-exchange columns.
- The trace metals, cyanide and organics are removed from the water, and it flows into the Recycle Rinse Water Storage Tank, ready for use again as clean water.
- In most cases the water coming from our unit is cleaner than your water from coming the tap.
All electrical controls, plumbing between the Sump and Storage
Tanks, pumps and columns with the resin are part of the complete
package.
