Vibratory Finishing Machine Features
To get a polished metal surface requires several steps all done in the same machine. This simply means that a versatile vibratory machine is required.
C.C. Tech's MB-100/AA is just such a machine. Expecially made to give a polished finish. It has features no other machine has, and can be truly called the "Polishing Machine."
HERE ARE JUST A FEW OF THE MANY IMPORTANT FEATURES!
- A completely adjustable weight system coupled with a variable speed drive. This combination can generate any amplitude required for any type of cutting and polishing.
- The angle of deflection is easily changed at the top weight.
- The bowl capacity is .67 cubic foot. The bowl is cast aluminum with a 1/2 inch thick polyurethane lining. the lining is abrasion resistant.
- The bowl has an unloading door, set over a special chute that directs the flow of media and parts, as it leaves the bowl. The bowl can be unloaded in 30 seconds.
- The drain is made part of the bowl.
- There's a special bearing assembly on the MB-100AA/2. In event of any bearing failure the "package" can be removed in a few minutes and replaced with a new unit.
- The bowl is mounted on eight special isolator springs to a steel frame that holds the motor assembly and motor switch. Height: 30 inches. Diameter of bowl: 16 inches. Weight: 90 lbs.
- The motor is a 1/4 HP, 1725 RPM, totally enclosed unit that operates on 115 Volts @ 4.4 Amps. The motor operates a variable speed drive that turns the weights at rates from 1400 RPM to 3600 RPM.
- The machine can run the lightest of loads, as low as 10 lbs. up to 140 lbs. Any type of media can be run, including steel shot.
- The machine is covered by a one year warranty against defective materials and workmanship. Drive belts are not included under the warranty.
THE MB-100AA/2 "FLOW THRU" SYSTEM
- No plumbing is required for the operation of this system.
- A chemical sump pump is mounted in a 30 gallon tank that contains a pre-mix of water and compound. The pump feeds from a few ounces to 3 gallons of mix per minute to the machine.
- Pump valve is easily adjusted for proper flow.
